Maximum loan around $1 Billion USA
This is a Monthly Cash flow Draw Down Facility.
10% Cash Deposit required.
Infrastructure Finance has a higher maximum and there are other types of funding available for smaller projects.
Loan Process takes approximately 6-8 weeks pending on how quickly the client provides the necessary Documentation requested.

2. Company financials for the last 2 years, including P & L, Balance Sheet, accounts receivable. and 2 year Revenue Projections.
