Volume: 10,000 MT (Trial Order)
Price: USD $75/MT FOB VESSEL (commission included)
Terms of Payment: Divisible Letter of Credit (Red Clause)
Iron Content is at 56% minimum
Vessel can approach loading dock, maximum capacity of pier is 7,500 MT.
Trial Order is mandatory, if both parties are satisfied, volume could go up 25,000 MT. Buyer’s vessel
should not exceed 5,000 DWT per loading.
Inspection of quantity and quality Buyer’s account.
Price valid until June 30, 2013.
