2) Seller provides buyer with a
Full Cooperate offer and detailed
specifications.
3) Buyer signs and seals the FCO
and send it back to seller.
4) Seller provides draft contract
to buyer.
5) Buyer and Seller sign contract.
6) Seller’s bank provides Buyer’s
bank the partial POP.
7) Buyer's and Seller's bank
communicate and agree on the
final wording of RDLC.
8) Payment: Irrevocable,
Revolving Documentary Letter of
Credit, confirmed by sellers bank
and payable 100% at sight at
sellers bank, for one month
shipment value. (UCP600).
