Trade Lead Description:
Brown and red dried sea cucumber from Central America. The species we can provide are the Isostichopus fuscus and Isostichopus balionotus, both as pure specimens and as a mixture of the two, depending on your request.
As for the processing, a step of gut removal, two boiling steps, followed by dehydration which brings the product to a final dry weight of slightly lees than 5% with respect to the freshly captured product (>90% dehydration), This is in agreement with international commercial standards.
Our offer relative to 12.000 kg of the red species and 8.000 Kg of the brown species. In case you are only interested in the brown species, or in smaller amounts, we can re discuss the prices which could be just slightly modified, and reach a common agreement.
