Product Description:

Two component room temperature curing fluid compound which cures with low shrinkage to a strong flexible mould rubber liquid LH-9040 # has good elongation, high tear strength and excellent release characterristics. Mould rubber will reproduce finite details from patterns of wood, glass. Metal, and other materials.A highly anti-adherent flexible compound that is extremely suitable for reproduction of fine details, it has high temperature and chemcal resistance making it well suited for ll types of casting resins, polyester, polyurethane and epoxy.

Shelf life: 6 months, stored in their original tightly closed containers at temperatures in the range from +5°C to +28.cataylsts are moisture sensitive, keep container closed when not in use.
Mixing: before proportioning mould rubber liquid and hardner which it is always recommended that they be stirred in their original container in case any settling has occurred. Using an appropriate scale. Weight the base at the ratio recommended for base to Hardner. selecte a mixing container about 3-5 times larger than volume of RTV required. This will allow of expansion of RTV during the degassing process. Hand mix the base and Hardner until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. be certain to scrape the site and bottom to incorporate all of the base into the mix.
Degrassing: Air entrapment is undesirable for any mold. To ensure air free molds. It is necessary to remove the air introduced while mixing. De-air the RTV under a Vacuum of 25-29 inches
