Our company exports Cocopeat in bales which are usable as soil mix, twisted coir which is raw material for making rubberized spring coir mattresses and cushions. Coir Twine or thinner varieties of coir rope, Coir Dust in briquettes, Marketable to Organic Agricultural Farms, Garden Centers, Horticulture companies and Nurseries.
Product Profile
Owing to sound infrastructure and employee proficiency, we have been successfully manufacturing and exporting wide range of coir products. We procure fresh husks and store them in soaking pit to season them and reduce EC level, from trusted vendors and process them by using latest technology to manufacture wide range of products. The reason we soak them in well water pit is to reduce EC level below 200 which is very much suitable for organic agricultural farming. Coir Fibre and Coco Peat are extracted from Coconut Husk where the conversion process takes place in the factory, the coconut husk being the raw material. Our comprehensive range of products include Baled Coir Fibre, Bundled Bristle Fibre, Twisted Coir Rope, 5 kg washed quality Cocopeat, 650gm Briquette shrink wrapped, Coir Twine, Coir hanging basket, 100% natural Desiccated Coconut in powder in 25kg bags.
The advantages are well known in potting soil industry where Cocopeat is increasingly used in potting soil mixtures as crops grown on coco peat result in healthier plants. The high absorbance of water without losing its aeration values lead to a stable PH and lower fertilizer needs. Coco Peat is 100% natural, Eco Friendly, Perfect multipurpose growing media. The contents of compressed coco peat blocks expands with its lignocelluloses matter when watered. The right coco peat has high aeration properties. Coco peat absorbs water easily but doesn't absorb too much which is a very stable media that could be used for many years without decomposition affecting its physical make-up.
