Farm Solutions 'U' LTD is a registered Agricultural Company in Uganda. It was started five years ago with a vision of being the lead provider of agricultural products and services in Africa. We are out to change the attitude towards farming in Africa that farm production can be reliable if the farmers are well informed and with the use of appropriate irrigation technologies. That farming is a profitable venture if taken as a business other than a hobby. That post harvest losses can be controlled by use of appropriate practices. Currently, the company runs two farms with acreage of 150 acres and five farming groups. Each farming group has between 20 - 30 farmers across the country with well established extension service. We are involved in various projects which include crop production, apiculture, fish farming, dairy farming. Crop production is the main venture and growing various crops, which include Hot pepper, ginger, Chilli (African bird eye), pumpkin, watermelon, mangoes, potatoes
We are Supplier and Seller of: hot pepper, chillies, eggplant okra, ginger, bananas, mangoes, potatoes, honey products, coffee vanilla.
We are Buyer of: seeds, fungicide, pesticide. |
