Incorporated in 1999, CWT-SML Logistics LLC is a joint venture between CWT
Limited (“CWT”), TOLL Asia (Previously SembCorp Logistics Ltd) and Mr Ali
Albwardy, a prominent entrepreneur in United Arab Emirates.
