My name is Jorge L. Hernandez and I recently started my own food broker business. I've been in the food industry for 20 years, although the last 15 I've dealt with strictly seafood. I represent over 30 Seafood importers across the U.S. as well as 1 manufacturer (N. Dakota) of further processed Pork & Beef products.
