It is also important that the documents below be completed:
(1) Non-Circumvent and Non Disclosure (“NCND”) agreement
(2) A Soft Proof of Funds (“SPOF”) letter
(3) A Letter of Preferences (“LOP”), and
(4) A Letter of Intent (“LOI”)
