We wish to introduce ourself, Katilo Co. For Dairy Products "Halayeb" was establish in 1910 in Damietta - Egypt. It belongs to Katilo family which is considered to be the pioneers in establishing dairy industry in Damietta. By the year 1940 Katilo co. has set up its own marketing division to distribute it’s products inside Egypt and start exporting to some Arab countries. In the year 1978, it was the time for the third generation represented by Mr. Abdel Moniem Katilo to take over the leadership and manage by his thoughts and ambition to expand the company activities both on the national and international markets. On the national market Mr. Abdel Moniem established new branches in Cairo, Ismailia, Tanta, and Alexandria to cover the Egyptian market. On the international market, the brand ‘Halayeb’ has been acknowledge as the market leader in the Egyptian cheese producers, accordingly, Katilo co. started to invade new markets through in U.S.A., Canada, Europe, Gulf area, and more.
