Dear sir,
If you akt fast i send you the soft offer. Normally, buyer issues a letter of intent to the seller on its letter head and supported by bank comfort letter, than seller responds by way of fco. Since, neither seller or buyer know each other and we have intermediaries to put both parties together, which usually carries a certain degree of mutual mstrust, thus first a sanatized soft offer is sent by seller to buyer to study and revert back. If accepted, buyer signs the soift offer, signs the ncnda/imfpa and seller than release fco to proceed further. Please inform your buyers to move asap if really interested. Such business are all on first come first serve basis. |
