I. TERMS OF TRANSACTION.
1. Commodity: Russian Gasoil L0.02 Gost 305-82, specifications attached.
2. Quantity: A minimum of Thirty Thousand Metric Tons Per Month x 12, and a maximum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Metric Tons Per Month x 12 (120,000 MT/Mo x 12 Months).
3. Total Quantity of Contract: One Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Metric Tons (1,440,000 MT).
4. Quality: Compliant to standard specifications for the Commodity, as per attached specifications.
5. Destination: FOB Novorossiysk.
6. Contract Duration: 12 months.
7. Price: The price for the Commodity shall be calculated taking the price quoted in “European Platt’s Marketscan" in the appropriate line as agreed upon by the parties, minus the applicable discount found in Section I.9 below (Price = Platt's - Discount).
