The size of our molds range from single cavity pilot molds up to 96 cavity, fitting machines up to 400 tons. We have 3 design engineers working in 3D Pro E or Solid Works. For hot runners, we have the expertise to integrate the hot runner of your choice or can take fully system responsibility. Our molds are delivered, ready to run production. Our mold testing facility is equipped with 80 ton to 400 ton machines and has the capability to web cast the molding parameters to our international customers as the mold is being tested.
In addition to production tooling, Prosin offers complete product development services that include developing 3D concepts, part drawings and prototype molds. We are Supplier and Seller of: injection molds, plastic product design.
