TTO PROCEDURE
1. Signing of SPA by both the seller and the buyer with each party lodging such document with their respective bankers. petroviceresourcesng (at) Ya Dot com
2. Seller issues to the buyer the required load documents, in buyer's name, such documents to be inclusive of an independent Q&Q report By any of the following (Saybolt, Robinson, Intertek), (optional), together with vessel data Owners' contact numbers and written authority as chatterers allowing buyers to approach vessel owners. (CPA/Q88),
3. Buyer contacts vessel owners for the purpose of validating all documentations and establishing the availability of the loaded vessel for charter.
4. Upon receipt of load documents validation from vessel owners and confirmation from insurers of the policy in effect, buyer will ensure arrangements, between seller, vessel owners and themselves to takeover the charter of the carrying vessel.
5. Simultaneous with signing of the CPA, buyer's bank will effect payment 100% by swift transfer immediately to seller’s and vessel owner’s bank.
6. Upon confirmation of payment from sellers bank and vessel’s owner bank Vessel sails to buyer's disport.
