Kaili owns two subsidiary factories and five tightly-cooperated companies, equipped with more than five hundred various hand-operated knitting machines, an assembly line with international standards, and necessary examining devices. The output of the company in 1999 was 300,000 pieces of garments valued at more than 30 million yuan. With total investment of 12 million yuan, the computerized knitting production line project is being built. After the completion of this line, the company’s production capacity will reach 500,000 pieces of knitwear.
With advanced technology, and pure silk/spandex knitwear as its leading product, the company has developed such three series of products as cashmere/spandex, complex silk/spandex, and rayon/spandex knitwear. With good design, Pure silk/spandex knitwear is very comfortable to wear. Its sales in the international market is gradually enlarging.
