He Egyptian Lebanese Company for Marble and Granite - ELCO, was established in May 1995 at the 6th of October industrial zone in the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt. Manufacturing began in September 1997 for mostly local projects, for the public and private sectors. Over the next few years, ELCO has focused on integrating all aspects of the industry starting from the quarrying to the fabrication through to the packing, distribution and shipping of the final product with the help of our Carrara, Italy based sister company Naamex, which has helped us solidify our footsteps in the European, African and Asian markets.
