SAX PARTNER mutes the saxophone by enclosing it inside the case. It eliminates up to 90% of the actual sound, lowering the volume to that of a whisper.

A high fidelity microphone placed inside SAX PARTNER is used to pick up the sound. The original saxophone sound can be heard through earphones. Meanwhile, with the high-sensitivity ECHO ON/OFF function, you can achieve the effect of live stage performance.

SAX PARTNER has AUX IN and LINE OUT function, which enables users to play with accompaniment by connecting to a CD or MP3 player. It can also be connected to external speaker or a sound mixing console. You can even record directly into your computer by connecting the LINE OUT of SAX PARTNER to your own PC and audio recording software.

In comparison with VAS-I, the VAS-II has an additional electronic metronome and LCD screen. Beats are displayed on the LCD screen, which enables players to work on rhythmic control.
