We love to purchase big volume of Beef Omasum per month if the quality meets our satisfaction. Our specs;
1 scalded, bleached (prefered), IW frozen and packed in 15-20 kg carton.
2 size 500 grams up
3 bible must be thick and not torn, also flat side must be thick.
4 prefer ones from Bulls or old large size of cattles.
5 samples required prior to order.
