ELBA-Supermobil ESM 65 concrete plant (Offer to Sell)

Trade Lead Description: The concrete plant is ELBA-Supermobil ESM 65. The mixer volume is 1500 liters and the concrete output is 1000 liters/batch. Our experience was that we could load three to four 8 cubic meter trucks per hour of C-25 concrete with a cement content of 300 kg/cubic meter. We have not measured the capacity of the two main cement silos, but we assumed they had a capacity of 50 tons and that assumption did not result in overfilling of the silos. There is an auxiliary cement/filler silo which we have not used. There are three aggregate bins with an approximate capacity of 15 to 20 cubic meters each. The computer program used to enter concrete formulas and orders is in English. We think the plant was originally constructed in 1983. We replaced it with a larger plant approximately 15 months ago. Blue containers seen next to the plant are not included, but the red container, housing the two additive pumps, is included. The equipment will be sold for a lump sum of 75,000 Euro.
