 JP 54 50M bbls at $73/70 CIF HOUSTON (Offer to Sell)
Trade Lead Description:
Quantity: 50,000,000 BBLS x 12 months (Six Hundred Million Barrels) Delivery to be agreed upon between end Seller and end Buyer (TTM or direct contact).
Delivery of 50.000.000BBLS per month (x12months), or
12.500.000BBLS per Week (x 48 weeks).
Delivery to start within 35 working days (maximum) from closing of DC.
Procedure:
1-LOI (Only seller's procedure) +bank data
2-Contract/SWIFT MT760 valued for 13 months. Otherwise penalty applied to Buyer
3-Seller's PB (2%) + Refinery POP with ALL documents from different ministries, contracts and agreements of transneft and tanks storage at loading port. Along with certification of quality and quantity at loading port.
Penalty applied to seller if no PB, no POP within 14 days.
4- Buyer, on receipt of refinery POP, sends out OPERATIVE MT760 to Seller.
5. Payment will be effected based on the surveyor’s certification of quality and quantity.
6.Delivery starts within 35 working days.
No Soft probe, BCL, RWA upfront
