1. Chemical composition shall be according to:
Carbon: 0.54—0.82
Manganese: 0.60—1.05
Silicon: 0.18—0.40
Sulfur: 0.04 Max.
Phosphorus: 0.035 Max.
Cr: Residual
As: 0.01 Max of Mass share
Balance: Iron
Grading: as per Russian Standard
2. Conditions of Product
a) Dirt, dust and impurities are not more than 0.5 % of total weight.
b) The Goods will be totally free from any types of radiation, bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shell or explosive materials in any form.
