1,The frame is pressed by cold rolled plate die which enables the frame to obtain nice outlook and simple structure with high quality. The pan size is 420mm*520mm, the height from the ground is 115mm. We have three specified capacity of 100kg, 200kg 300kg. 2, The installation dimension of the waterproof load cell is as same as that of the TEDEA 1263type load cell. And the waterproof function reaches IP68 protection class. If we additionally deal the surface with some anti-corrosion coating material. the load cell can be used in acidic or alkali environment. Thus we hold both waterproof load cell and corrosion prevention load cell. 3, It is the very structure of the frame and the usual surface dealing to make the waterproof function done. The surface dealing to the frame is static blasting painting. And it is sure that we will add protection layer and coat the surface of the frame when it is necessary. As long as the client demands with the specified erosive material information, we will set the protection for the frame as well. 4, The material we use to produce the cover is stainless steel which could keep from the usual erosive environment.
