C) Sizes – from 6 to 12 meters & could be cut onto 1.20 meter length w/out extra charge
D) Price – USD$395.00 x Mt. CIF ASWP
E) Yardowner directly will issue FCO, contract, bank guarantees and will receive the payment instrument.
F) Payment instrument – ARDLC, irrevocable, confirmed, divisible, confirmed and transferable, issued or confirmed by top 50 bank worldwide.
H) Performance bond of 2% along with SGS POP bank to bank.
I) Delivery within the 45 days after the payment instrument becomes operative.

SCRAP METAL:
1. Plate & Structural (approx $605/MT)
-Premium
-Contains a portion of rail, if the buyer needs rail
2. Shredded Scrap (approx $600/MT)
3. HMS 1 / 2 (approx $595/MT)
-Most HMS today is HMS 80 / 20 (80% hms1, 20% hms2)
The seller can do FOB & CIF but prefers to do CIF. To quote an accurate price, seller would need to know the port of discharge and its specs (in order to know the type of vessel to use); what the discharge rate is.
