Cermet oil additives (protective-regenerative complex PRC) for various engine and mechanism.
The PRC is a suspension, which contains by special technology prepared ultra disperse diamonds with, minerals, metal-catalysts, organic acids, rare earth metals’ salts, fulerids, clasters and clatrats.
Being mixed with basic oil, composition gets into areas of mechanism friction, where it begins to transform from liquid phase into hard one. Coating formation is divided into 3 stages:
1. is friction surfaces’ clearance and penetrating of composition components into inter grain metal space;
2. is hardening of surface and undersurface metal coat owing to it crystalline grid’s changing; 3. is the protective-recovery coating formation (crystallization) under the influence of high temperature and pressure, appeared in the result of friction.
Also we can deliver this material as raw material (concentrate) for manufacturing of high-quality cermet oil additives.
