1. End buyer issue ICPO with bank details for soft probe authorization or BCL (ICPO accepted only by end buyers) NCND + MFPA is welcome from buyer side.
3. Seller issue FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
4. Our FCO will be sign by our lawyer and endorse then a copy to buyer and a copy to ICC Paris
5. Buyer Sign/Send the FCO back to seller.
After FCO, buyer can ask seller for a TTM, in order to sign the contract and discussing the deal in further details, and sign a bond for $10 millions in case any of the 2 parties fail the deal,
6. Buyer's Bank sends POF (PROOF OF FUND) via MT 760 condition 23 to the Seller's Bank.
7. After successful verification/authentication of the POF then Seller provide the shipping schedule and POP (Proof of Product) with Vessel eta and 2% PB guarantee.
PAYMENT:
Irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, divisible, auto revolving RDCL for contract value issued and/or confirmed by top 25 World Bank.
