Each sublingual tablet contains nicotine-beta-cyclodextrin complex corresponding to nicotine 2mg

Dosage
Nicorette Chewing Gum
Usually 8-12 pieces per day, up to a maximum of 15 pieces to be used with smoking cessation programmes.
Chew gum slowly until the taste becomes strong. Rest gum between gum and cheek. Chew gum again when taste has faded.
Nicorette Patches
Nicorette patches are very easy to use. You simply put one on in the morning and take it off at bedtime. That way you get a constant low dose of nicotine delivered over approximately 16 hours while you are awake and need it.
Use 15mg/16hours patches for 8 weeks; 10mg/16hours for 2 weeks; 5mg/16hours for 2 weeks. Treatment should not be continued after the 12-week course.
Nicorette Microtabs
Weeks 1-12: Use 1 tablet when there is an urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours. Heavily dependent smokers should use 2 tablets. After 12 weeks: Gradually reduce to 1-2 tablets a day and then stop use
