KLAS ltd. is one of the biggest food manufacturer in ex Yugoslavia and Balkan region with over 100 years of tradition being the second company in Bosnia and Herzegovina in year 2001 as to the net profit (source: “Business Newspaper” of the Federation of B&H). KLAS ltd. basic activities are: mill industry, bakery industry, pasta industry, candy industry and berries and medical herbs production. Concerning its quality policy, it already owns ISO 9002 Certificate and is introducing HACCP that is to be completed by October 2003, whereas Certificate ISO 9001 is pending. KLAS ltd. has about 1100 employees of who over 100 are highly educated professionals (economists, technologist, and lawyers).
KLAS ltd. is exporting its products in the countries of former Yugoslavia, European Union and US. Our entire products are in line with EU Policy 93/43. Concerning KLAS ltd. capital it is a joint stock company, with 1240 of shareholders and shareholders capital 38.6 mil EUR. |
