1) Buyer comfirms soft offer and issues an ICPO with right for soft probe or BCL.
2) Seller issues FCO of which buyer endorses and returns.
3) SELLER issues draft contract open for amendments.
4) Both parties confirm draft Contract by endorsing it.
5) Seller & Buyer subsidizes the registry and endorsement of imminent deal documents including soft (POP)
6) Buyer/Seller exchanges proof of fund/allocation numbers.
7) Both parties lodges legalized contracts in respective banks, Buyers Bank send Pre - Advice to Sellers Bank to kick start the bank to bank process.
8) "Seller appoints and signs charter party agreement with the vessel shipping company and finalize the procurement of the marine Insurance policy.
9) Buyer's Bank and sellers bank finalize the bank to bank process.
10) Buyer's bank makes payment as per the signed contract.
11) Delivery commence as scheduled
