We are a family owned chocolate company and we have been producing chocolate from cocoa bean since 1954, but some political reasons in 1998–1999 we have stopped using cocoa beans and we have started buying cocoa butter, cocoa mass and cocoa powder from the producers in Europe.
We are one of the top five companies who work with Patisserie Shops, Catering Firms, Hotels, Holiday Villages, Biscuit Producers, Ice-Cream Makers and Artisan Bakers in Turkey.
We mainly produce chocolate, couverture, ganashe, chocolate paste, hazelnut paste, almond Paste, chocolate drops, chocolate vermicelli, chocolate dragees and almond candy dragees.
We are Supplier and Seller of: chocolate, couverture, cocoa powder, hazelnut paste, almond paste, ganashe, vermicelli, drops, chocolate dragee.
