The Company came into existence in the year 1935 at Comilla District town. MCRC was one of the leading importers & indentors and represented most renowned foreign manufacturers and exporters dealing in various items especially finished pharmaceuticals and reached at the zenith of its business career with the importation of finished pharmaceutical products. As per the import performance the position of MCRC was 10th in the formerly entire Pakistan and sometimes 1st/2nd in the then East Pakistan.

During our liberation period in 1971, Late Manindra Chandra Roy Chowdhury embraced martyrdom. As an inevitable occurrence, the present Managing Director took over the charge after the liberation war (December, 1971) and looked after all the business activities of MCRC.
In 1987 Pacific Pharmaceuticals was owned and on 5th March 1987, its auspicious journey was started with the dynamic leadership of sitting Managing Director.
On 21st September 2000 Pacific Pharmaceuticals was incorporated as a “Private Limited Company”; Pacific Pharmaceuticals Limited.
