semiconductor or solar grade silicon scrap material for
reprocessing into the solar, steel, or reclaim industries.
Silicon scrap products we are purchasing:
Whole wafers p or n-type, coated, bare, or with IC chip
patterns,
resistivity > 0.5 ohm-cm for p type
resistivity > 1.0 ohm-cm for n-type;
we can also use resistivity below the above stated but it
sells for much less
Broken wafers with the same specifications as the above
whole wafers
Ingots and tops and tails of ingots also with the above
stated specifications
Pot scrap (residue silicon from the ingot growing process)
of any diameter or dopant again, with the same limits as
shown under whole wafers
