As one of the leading motorcycle manufacturers Macat Motorcycle is established in October 1992 in Huizhou, Guangdong province. China. In July 1994 it establishes a technical co-operation with Taiwan KYMCO. In 1998 it's accredited ISO9001. It has an annual production capacity of 400,000 motorcycles, scooters, dirty Bikes & ATVs with displacement of 50cc, 60cc, 70cc, 90cc, 100cc, 110cc, 125cc, 150cc, 175cc, 200cc, 250cc & 300cc, and electric bicycles/scooters as well. Its production base covers an area of 420,000 square meters, its main production facilities include one advanced engine-assembling and three motorcycle-assembling lines, one chassis-welding line built by KYMCO Taiwan, one advanced coating lines for engine, fuel tank and chassis, and as well as a MACAT-JAPAN joint venture of painting line for plastic body parts and plus series of complicated testing instruments.
